Your role will be to service our client's portfolio of outstanding balances, through inbound and outbound calls, minimising financial impact to the business by reducing losses to bad debt. Assisting customers in repaying any outstanding balance, whilst ensuring a high level of customer service satisfaction at all times.
> Handling outbound/inbound collections calls to/from customers
> Making outbound calls through use of the dialler
> Dealing with customer objections/problems/excuses and ensuring customer understands severity of situation.
